The Newstead’s Story
Brett and Logan met at a group meditation in Hendersonville North Carolina in November 2021. Brett invited Logan to a Reiki share shortly after, went on a date and fell in love. The Newsteads got married on 04/30/2022 on a New Moon and Solar Eclipse.
Logan grew up as a very extroverted, bright child. She remebered how to manifest during her early childhood and always wanted to love.
Highschool years were very tough for her, she was sexually assulted, got diagonosed with stage two cervical cancer at the age of 17 and was dating one of her karmic soulmates that abused her emotionally, mentally, and physically. These traumaic events sent her down a rabbit hole of learning how to heal herself and expand her consciousness. Logan started meditating and focusing on the problematic areas, sending love to them and praying for healing. In a few months her cancer was gone. This lead her into research spanning from meditation to aliens to organic food. Logan started expanding her beliefs spiritually and thinking beyond what was taught to society by exploring topics categorized as conspiracy theories. She researched mystery school teachings, hollow earth theory, secret society teachings and started collecting what is now her and her husband’s vast library of occult books. She aquired knowlegde in her late teens and early twenties that she would later learn was going to assist her on her spiritual journey ten years later.
Fast forward to March 8th 2018 when Logan was in the middle of grad school earning her Masters in Fine Arts. She was finally leaving an abusive and toxic ex-husband when he almost took her life. That was a major turning point which started her journey to self-love. This journey of self-love was such a powerful experience. It was transformative to her body, mind, and soul. It was alchemical. Transmuting pain into power. Logan quit smoking, started going to the gym and eating organic all in the same week after leaving her ex-husband. A few weeks after, she started meditating twice a day, singing, dancing, making art, and running six miles a day. She lost over 45 lbs in just the span of three months. She was also listening to different sound frequenices during this time, for the chakras, for the releasing of karma, and particularly a meditation for twin flames. Logan’s higher self and spirit team was propelling her forward and she was taking a leap of faith into the unknown, changing her life drastically for the better and not knowing that this epic change was preparing her for a mystical and magical experience. When you go looking for yourself you find God. On August 9th, 2018 at 6:03pm Logan was meditating sitting on the floor of her apartment when her Kundalini awoke and rose from her root, through all of her chakras, out her crown into the ethers. She experienced total bliss, a heightened state, unconditional love, God Consciousness for six minutes. It was the most profound state of higher consciousness that she had the priviledge of reaching. This Kundalini energy continued moving through Logan’s body for a little over a month, and she channeled it into creating her masters thesis exhibition artwork.
After recieving her MFA Logan realized that she wanted to do more with her talents and healing abilities. She was aware that she was on this higher journey, especially drawn toward finding her twin flame and working on their mission to help raise the consciousness of themselves as well as humanity. It took four years of intense healing to surrender to the universe and allow for her twin flame to come into her life through divine timing. In those four years Logan engaged with many karmic soulmates from past lives to learn love lessons, release old marriage vows, and honor karmic contracts. It was a challenging journey and she was so grateful for all of the lessons and experiences because Brett is the love of her life and if she had to do it all over again just to find him she would.
Logan is a Reiki Master Practitioner, RMP. She has been practicing Reiki and flowing with the energy since September 2018 one month after her Kundalini awakening. She also was recently certified as a QHHT practitioner and just finished her 25 free sessions, over 125+ hours of working in the higher energies of the Quantum Field, so she is now a level 1 practitioner and charging for sessions. Logan is also a Tarot Reader. She specializes in Twin Flame Readings and Love Readings. She has been reading her Tarot since 2018 but started giving readings to the public in 2021. She is very non-traditional in her use of the Tarot, her readings are very intuition based, flowing with the energy and taking flyer cards instead of doing traditional Tarot spreads. She also uses Oracle cards for messages that want to come through for clients.
Brett has been connected with the divine white light of source from a young age. He would feel this presence and connection in the church where he grew up in Sarasota, FL. As a child he loved completely and helped others whole heartely as he felt the connection to God/Love with all people and all the animals. Growing up into the mid teenage years he had a disillusionment with the traditional church. He was on his second mission trip to help impoverished people around the U.S. when he realized some people were in the whole church organization to boost their ego. It sank in because it was teenager summer camp style community service camp, and he chose the wrong girl to try and have a summertime camp crush on. She was a very judgemental person and then later on he noticed the main church leader was hyping people up by saying how great we were for being our religion, implying that everyone else wasn’t so great. It didn’t set right to judge and treat our fellow human beings like that and didn’t meet the “Love your neighbor as yourself” way of living. It was time to leave, and he went into the punk rock and alternative eco community lifestyles.
Brett realized in 2003 during freshman year in college that he absolutely had to do something to better the planet with his life here on earth and dedicated himself to solar energy engineering. He graduated with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University in 2008 and has been working as a Solar Electrical Engineer since 2009. He is now a licensed electrical P.E. in nine states throughout the U.S. and leads the electrical engineering design of some of the largest solar electric construction projects in this country.
The toughest parts of Brett’s past has been relationships. In 2009 he had a broken heart, had graduated college, and knew it was time to start a new chapter in life and began training martial arts, meditating, and learning a path to enlightenment with hidden teachings throughout all religions. He continues these practices to this day and they have evolved and changed so much. He rebuilt himself and realized that in order to move forward he had to try and see if he could mend a broken relationship from his past. He tried to reach out to a person that only existed in his memories and was met with the reality of who she was, which was someone that wanted nothing to do with him. He had been keeping himself trapped and had finally set himself free. That was one of the biggest lessons for Brett and shortly thereafter he met the love of his life Logan, and everything has been accelerating on the highest timeline possible since.
Brett has been a musician for 21 years, is a Reiki Master Teacher, RMT, a QHHT level two practitioner, and includes sound healing in it’s many forms with the reiki energy depending on what the client needs. He also is a trained Quantum Sound Healing practitioner as well.
He brings as much solar energy to the planet as he can with engineering and assists people in bringing the solar energy of divine light into their lives to heal and enrich their personal experiences as they go through this thing called life.
